No preenchimento da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de IRS, Modelo 3, Anexo H, quadro 9, pode indicar a AMU como Institui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 qual deseja consignar 0,5% do imposto liquidado, escrevendo\u00a0no quadro 901 o n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoa colectiva (NIPC) 503 565 970.<\/p>\n

Esta indica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o comporta nenhum custo acrescido para o contribuinte, pois o imposto a pagar e o montante a ser reembolsado nunca ser\u00e1 alterado.
